FOSTER TO ADOPT PROGRAM
The following dogs are not up for general adoption
as they are in the foster to adopt program.
For more information on the program see the How to Adopt Section
GINGER
Ginger is a gentle two year old pit bull, possibly with some lab. Ginger has had a rough start to life but is
loving her new beginning in her foster home. Ginger is house and crate trained and is learning to walk on a
leash. She is great with her foster brothers and sisters and is great with children. Ginger LOVES cats but
unfortunately is allergic to them among other environmental allergens so unfortunately Ginger cannot go to a
home with cats. Ginger will need a fairly calm home to get back on her feet and someone to teach her the
ways of being a dog, however she needs someone that doesn't feel sorry for her as that will only make her
insecurities worse.
ARRIVING SOON
The following dogs are not up for adoption
but will be coming into the program within a few weeks.
If you are interested in adopting or applying for the Foster to Adopt program,
please see the How to Adopt section.
Hi My name is Keisha. I am a 5 year old pit bull and I am a big goofy gal! I love to bring my foster mom the
food dishes in the house or like to hide them all over the house so no one can find them! I need an
experienced pit bull owner cause I can be hard to handle if you don't know much about my breed! I love
going for walks. I would do best in a home with a male dog as I do not like to be by myself but I don't like other
female dogs, not sure why but I think they bug me! I get along with all my foster brothers (even the little ones)
my favorite spot is on the couch snoring or in the bed under a blanket cuddling with you. I am not a fan of
kennels,  but thats ok cause I know I am not allowed to wreck anything in the house! My foster mom says I am
the best foster dog ever!! She loves to cuddle with me! You can tell when I am happy cause I do a little dance
and curl up my lip and wiggle my butt. All my mom does is laugh at me, but thats ok cause I know I am cute! If
you think i am the dog for your home fill out an application for me and come meet me!! You wont be sorry
you did!!  Did I mention that I am great with kids and cats too!
KEISHA
Whiskey is an 8 year old pit bull girl.  She is very mellow tempered but likes lots of attention.  Her most
favorite things to do is playing tug of war, Frisbee, catch balls and going for long walks.  She is usually well
behaved but likes to chew the odd slipper.  Whiskey would do best as an only pet with a family with no young
children.
WHISKEY
WILLOW
Willow is an independent 1 year old female pit bull. She loves her people but likes to keep to herself and only
sits long enough to get a moment of petting. Willow enjoys playing with her buddy Peppy and would do well
on her own or with another male dog. Due to Willow's independency, we are looking for an experienced bully
owner to give her a forever home. Willow is house and crate trained. Willow would do well with agility training
and fly ball.
CALVIN
I am a 2 year old boy, but I act much older then my age would suggest. I am quite calm in the house and like
to sleep close by, I have good manners but there are a few I am still working on. I get along with my foster
brother and sister, and kids are OK too. I'm usually fairly quiet, but sometimes I do bark when someone
comes to the door, or when they walk down the alley. I do have some anxiety about being outside alone, and
my kennel is a very safe place to be.
Brindy is a smaller sized 2 yr old female Pit Bull. She loves to play and is very affectionate. She is an
energetic girl, with some weight to lose. She loves to go for walks and is awesome on leash. She knows all
her basic commands, and is very eager to please. Brindy would do well in a home with kids, and other
submissive dogs. Brindy can become territorial of the yard, and needs an experienced owner. She is house
and crate trained.
BRINDY
Hello, My name is Titan. Although my name says I am tough I’m really just a big goofball. I am a 1 year old
American Staffordshire. I love my foster brothers and sisters very much, but it took me a few weeks to get
along with everyone due to my energetic persistent nature. I do well with dog savvy cats and would get along
with any female dog or non-dominant male that is willing to put up with me. I am always in play mode. I would
do well with an experienced owner who is wiling to walk, play, and obedience train me to keep me busy. I
would do very well with agility or flyball. If you are interested please fill out an adoption questionnaire. I love it
here but I would love to spend Christmas with my new family in my forever home.
