CHARLIE
Meet Miss Charlie! Charlie is a 3 year old, single red female, and is looking for that forever home to
complete her life. Poor Charlie can't figure out why she's been here so long. She knows she might not be the
most photogenic of the bunch, but she is a beauty queen in person! Charlie doesn't have much of a tail to
wag as it was docked prior to entering the rescue, but she makes up for it with typical Bully kisses and a
full body wiggle ; she is truly a dog that loves life through its ups and downs. This little princess LOVES to
play ball, and loves stuffy toys and cuddling. She is quite a sweet dog and settles down nicely in the house.
She is crate and house trained to boot! Charlie is a bit of a shy girl, and can be selective about the female
dogs she meets (typical Diva!), so we would prefer her to be placed in a home where she will be the only
dog or with an easygoing male so that she can continue building her confidence. Don't be fooled by this
though; Charlie met Santa Claus and welcomed the man in the big red suit with a flirty kiss and cuddle and
was unfazed. She was even one of our featured dogs on CFCN, and hammed it up with all the staff, and
especially the camera.
EINSTEIN
Einstein, Einstein, Einstein - this poor dog has been through so much in his short life. Einstein was found
with a coathanger around his neck and was so traumatized, that he originally couldn't handle being
touched on his neck at all. A Lab Pit Bull cross, who we think is mostly Lab, Einstein is our honorary Pit
Bull for facing his challenges with the brave Pit Bull spirit of a smile and a thumping tail. About one year
old, Einstein is a young, active boy and needs a house where he will be both mentally and physically
exercised. You may wonder how Einstein got his name, but you don't have to be a genuis to figure it out -
he is a brilliant dog who picks up tricks quickly and would make a great obedience dog or trickster. He
loves to play, play, play and adores carrying toys around the house to show off! Einstein loves other dogs
but is a bit too exuberant to be around smaller animals. If you can match Einstein's zealor and enthusiasm
about life, or you need a pick-me-up kinda dog, Einstein may be the boy for you!
LIBBY
If ears could kill! Libby is a wonderful 6 month old Pit Bull / German Shepherd puppy that has the heart of
gold and a great level of energy. She loves her humans big and small as well as the other dogs and cats in
the home. Libby is house and crate trained and is a quick learner when it comes to her basic commands. She
already knows sit, down and shake a paw! Libby would be an excellent addition to any family that is
interested in a high energy and absolutely sweet dog.

NELLIE
Aren't they adorable, these 9 pit bull cross pups are all looking for their new homes. They are currently
only 10 weeks old and already oh so smart. Many of these puppies are learning the fine are of crate and
house training already and are doing amazingly well. They all have their own little individuality and have
the personalities to prove it.
If you are interested in adopting a puppy please fill out the adoption questionnaire on the How to Adopt
section. Someone will contact you to discuss your application and to determine if a puppy is right for your
household. Puppies are a lot of work and not always right for everyone. The puppies will be spayed or
neutered before entering there forever homes.
ANGEL
This is Angel, a 3 year old pit bull . Don't let her sad eyes fool you, try being a mother of 9! Angel is ready
to put motherhood behind her and enjoy being a dog again with long walks and cuddles on the couch.
Angel is extremely out going and loves attention. She would love to be with other dogs or on her own as
long as she gets spoiled rotten - she deserves it. Angel is a calm and relaxed dog that would do well in
most family situations. She is extremely loyal so be ready to have this precious girl follow you where ever
you go, this is one amazing dog!
BREW
Brew is a young girl I would say no older than 2.  She is possibly Akita, mastiff X, and maybe a bit of Staff
in there as well.  You honestly can't find a better girl than Brew.  She gets along with everything big and
small.  I honestly can't think of a dog she wouldn't get along with , dominant, submissive doesn't matter to
Brew.  She will torment cats but I don't know that she would hurt one, with work she could be convinced
to be nice.  She doesn't show much interest in people, she is glad her foster mom is  there to feed her but
has never had much attention so is not used to it.  I'm sure she would love someone who would give her
love and attention.  Saying that she is not a problem to walk , no problem with kids, shows absolutely no
sign of aggression to anybody or anything.  She had that given up look in her eyes when she first went to
her foster home and is now improving daily as her spirit is lifting.  Life is becoming worth living again.
She has lots of energy and would love a buddy who likes to play hard and an owner that would love to go
for walks and play.  I can't say enough about this girl, she is absolutely one of a kind.

friendly, happy girl with not a care in the world, despite the fact she seems to have been used for breeding.

SADIE - COURTESY LISTING
Sadie arrived at the Shelter after she was brought in to a vet clinic with porcupine quills in her face. We
believe she is a Blue Pit bull. Sadie is a gorgeous dog, with very unique markings. She is about 3-4 yrs old
and is already housebroken. Sadie likes to go for walks and is a fairly playful dog. Sadie is very good on a
leash and doesn't seem to pull, especially for a pit bull. If you think this sounds like the perfect companion
for you, then stop by and meet her!!! Please contact the Prince Albert SPCA at (306) 763-6110 or visit her
