BILLY is a young gentleman with a lot of love to give. A complete goofball, taking time to warm up to people, he will be sure to win your heart once you have his. BILLY needs help continuing positive interactions with new people and is not a fan of those very fast moving smaller humans. Cats are a no go for this guys although he does love having dog friends. Lots of dog friends!

Interested in meeting BILLY? We feel he will need a few walks and some hang outs before heading off to his potential home. Slow going for this guy!
